Makes it easier for Resellers to order products and manage accounts, as well as manage customer complaint services.
The PT. Kue Tradisional Indonesia Reseller App was created to make it easier for resellers to order products and manage their accounts. Through this app, resellers can view the catalog, order products, download invoices, place reorders, and monitor order status. A complaint feature is also available to submit complaints for a faster and clearer process. This app was developed as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
The Challenge
The challenge in this project was how to create a UI/UX design that could simplify business processes. This application involves not just one type of user, but two parties at once—resellers and cake shop owners, each with different needs and work styles.
